Sun System BalIasts
All Sun System Ballasts come with a 5 Year Rebuild or Replacement Warranty.
(2 Years on EconoGro ballasts) During which time, Sunlight Supply will pick-up, repair and return any unaltered fixture which fails to operate properly under normal use. Sunlight Supply will pay the freight in bound and outbound, and all the parts and labor are free.

Lamps and Bulbs
One year warranty on all lamps. Warranty covers replacement of defective lamps only. Broken lamps, functional lamps, lamps not sold by us or lamps over one year old are not covered. No credits or refunds.

Bugs and Beneficial Insects.

We will guarantee live arrival for all insects sent by a traceable shipping method and if you are available for first attempt delivery.
We can not guarantee live arrival if you miss the first attempt for delivery or request the package to be left without a signature.
If you select US mail for your delivery method we can not guarantee live arrival unless you request a "Shipping Confirmation" label.

We can not control excessive heat and lost or stolen packages.

Any dead or partially dead Insects MUST be reported to us within 24 Hours ofconfirmation of delivery. NO Exceptions!
